Exchanges

We don't offer refunds, but we make exchanges simple and stress-free. Just fill out the exchange form on our website or through our "Exchange" highlight, and choose any item on the site, or the same item in a different size or color. The choice is entirely yours. Your exchange will be on its way within 2 to 8 business days.

Shipping

We aim to get your order to you quickly. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

Finding Your Size

We want you to feel confident before you order. Every product page includes model measurements for reference, and full size charts are available through our "Size Chart" highlight. If you'd like a bit of extra help, send us your measurements over DM and we'll happily recommend the right size for you.

At Delivery

For everyone's protection, packages cannot be opened while the courier is present. If anything is wrong with your order, or you'd simply like to exchange it, just reach out. We'll take care of it for you right away, no hassle at all.

Quality Guarantee

Every piece is carefully checked against our standards before it leaves our hands, so you receive it exactly as it should be. Feel free to reach out to us, and we are happy to help.

Refunds

The one exception to our exchange-only policy is availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll refund you in full, and you're always welcome to reorder once it's back. In the meantime, tap "Notify Me" on the product page and we'll let you know the moment it returns.
